When setting up your CEMAR account, you'll be prompted to create three security questions to use should you ever need to reset your password, or to use instead of entering the 2FA 6 digit code.
This article will explain how to set these up and how to utilise them in the account recovery process.

When prompted, you will see three drop down boxes, whereby you can select the security questions you wish to use, along with a text field to provide the answer.
Select three unique questions and answers – please note that these are not case sensitive:
Selecting continue will progress you to the Modules page whereby you can access your contracts as usual.
When resetting your password via the Forgotten your password? link on the login page, you are required to answer two of your security questions to proceed:
If you forget your security questions, please contact your Superuser who can reset these for you.
When changing your password within the My Profile tab, you will also need to answer two of your security questions:

You can contact a Superuser by navigating to the left-hand expandable menu on a contract level, and selecting Support, followed by Contact My Superuser:
You will then be displayed with a list of Superusers with their appropriate contact details.
